3.28.16 Town Square Inns’ - Matt’s Mountain Report

We have reached our final week of the ski season here in Jackson Hole.

Memories have been made and powder has been skied.  Closing weekend can be one of the best of the season.  Things will be very festive.  Everyone will be rocking out with Music Under the Tram on both Saturday and Sunday starting at 3pm.  Lazy Eyes will be playing on Saturday and then Major Zephyr will close the hill on Sunday.  Also, this Friday is April Fool’s Day!  This day is known for being unique at ski areas around the country and especially at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.  Be on the lookout for some fun costumes and great jokes.

Current Conditions are packed powder and machine groomed snow.  We are now at 396 inches of snow for the season with a 103 inch base.  Snow will be flying this week until Wednesday and then sunny skies will prevail over the weekend.  This is a great opportunity to get in some late season powder turns followed by fun in the sun.  Temperatures will be hovering around the 30’s.  Don’t miss this opportunity to ski your dream line at the Biggest Skiing in America!
