Booking and Deposit Policies for Winter

Online Booking Policies - Booking online requires the 1st night's room charge and full payment 30 days prior to arrival.  Change or cancel fee will have a minimum $25 charge.

Deposit and Payment - We require a deposit of the 1st night's room charge at the time of booking, with full payment prior to departure.

Cancellations - Cancellations 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Inside 2 weeks, the deposit will be forfeited.

No Snow - If more than 50% of Jackson Hole Ski Area is closed for lack of snow, we will issue refunds.

Cancellations - Cancellations 48 hours prior to the night of arrival will receive no penalty. Within 48 hours, the first night room charge will be forfeited as a penalty.

This one-of-a-kind Suite includes two rooms, a bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a fold out bed. The room also includes a full kitchen(refrigerator,stove top oven, microwave), air conditioning, LCD flat screen televisions, telephone, and alarm clock. We cooked both nights and just relaxed on the front porch of our cabin while the kids played on the playground in front of the cabin.  We love Jackson Hole and we will be back!
