Booking and Deposit Policies for Winter
These are general Town Square Inns policies. Specific policies may vary between lodging properties

Deposit and Payment - We require a deposit of the 1st night's room charge at the time of booking, with full payment prior to departure.

Cancellations - Cancellations 2 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Inside 2 weeks, the deposit will be forfeited.

No Snow - If more than 50% of Jackson Hole Ski Area is closed for lack of snow, we will issue refunds.

Booking and Deposit Policies for Spring, Summer, and Fall

Deposit and Payment - We require a credit card to reserve a room at time of booking.

Cancellations - Cancellations 48 hours prior to the night of arrival will receive no penalty. Within 48 hours, the first night room charge will be forfeited as a penalty.

My wife and I, along with another couple were part of a group that stayed at your Inn.  It was our desire to take the ski lift up the mountain and to sled down.  We were on a time crunch and it didn't look like we were going to be able to do it.  However, you picked up the phone and got things rolling in our behalf.  The young lady personally drove the four of us to and from the lift, getting us back in time for the group departure.  She was so kind and friendly.  Thank you all for bending over backwards to help make our stay in Jackson even more special.
