We stayed for 3 nights in the Colter Cabin which was perfect for our family of 4. We traveled with another family who stayed in the adjacent cabin and the staff kindly accommodated our request to be next to each other when we booked. The space was enough for our kids to spread out beyond the bedroom area and we didn't have to worry about their noise bothering others. We loved having the kitchen area and fridge to prepare lunches for our trips to GTNP. There were plenty of breakfast choices and we were able to sit in the dining area whenever we got takeout for dinner. Kids loved the nightly cookies and the pool. Centrally located and we walked to the town square every evening. All the staff were great and worked very hard to make it a great stay. Would highly recommend!

This was our first time staying in Jackson and booked this hotel just buy finding them on Google maps. The staff member that helped me book by phone was very kind and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and very clean and just a short walk to the main building that housed the pool and hot tub. We were very glad these facilities were open and working and very impressed with the variety of breakfast offered especially during this time when most hotels are very limited in their options if any at all.

This rivals any Johnny Morris resort we've ever been to. From the moment we walked in and saw the gorgeous fireplace and beautiful rustic decor to the friendly staff, we were blown away! We had a king suite for only $113 including breakfast! Since checkout isn't until 11, we took a swim in their amazing indoor/outdoor pool and both hot tubs, finishing off with a relaxing sit by the pool fireplace on the plush chairs. Breakfast was grab and go, meaning everything is wrapped individual, with a huge variety to choose from. We may be Elk Country Inn's biggest fans!!! 5/5 for sure♡.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Great prices, excellent customer service and room accommodations were wonderful. We stayed in a family loft with seven people and it worked perfectly. Easy and close walk to town and the START bus stop was very close. EVERY staff member I encountered was helpful and kind. They have an indoor pool and gym! Highly recommend this place!

This hotel is super...very friendly staff! They have recently added on a building and it is very nice. We stayed in Cabin #3119, double beds with kitchenette. The porch on the front was so cute we had our dinner (a pizza from Pinky G’s, which was amazing as well) one night at the picnic table. We could walk to the Town Square, 1/2 mile walk, and took us about 10 minutes. This cabin was perfect for us! I would definitely stay here again!
